President Joko Widodo has officially inaugurated the operation 11 Bonded Logistics Centers (PLBs) across a number of regions in Indonesia. The inaugurated held at CKB Jakarta Mega Hub on 10 March 2016 and participated by Minister of Finance, Bambang Brodjonegoro, Minister of Communications and Informatics Rudiantara and Customs & Excise Facility Director Robi Toni along with other government officials.

To enhance customer’s knowledge on Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Bonded Logistics Center (PLB), CKB Logistics held a socialization program on February 18 and March 8, 2016 at Tiara Meeting Room, TMT Building and Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel and Conference, Jakarta. Iman Sjafei, CKB President Director, Tatang Yuliono, Head of Sub Directorate KITE and TPB of the Indonesia Directorate Customs Facility and Ety Puspitasari, CKB GM Freight and Transport were seen at event as keynote speakers.

CKB Logistics stated its commitment to always provide its customers with innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Recently, the company participated in the SWA Indonesia Green Company 2015, an annual program held by SWA Magazine in cooperation with SRI KEHATI Index. It was a competition to select Indonesian companies with best sustainable green business strategies to be named as the Green Company.

Besides obtaining certification for AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) from the Indonesia Directorate General of Customs and Excise on January 2016, CKB Logistics was also one of the 11 companies selected as operator for the government’s program namely Bonded Logistics Center (PLB). PLB is planned to commerce end of February this year.
